don't bother with this for sodastream bottles.
don't bother with this for sodastream refillable co2 metal bottles. Instead toss the metal bottles and get a 20lb tank for co2 and an adapter hose to connect to the back of the sodastream charging station (remove back cover and connect to port where metal co2 bottle fits)

Decent solution for a common problem
Not much to say. It's easy to use and get's the job done. If you need to fill a soda stream tank and have a co2 canister it couldn't be easier.

Product as advertised. Works for me and no issues
Works great. I have a 20lb tank with the standard 320 valve. I can refill the smaller tank with ease, just remember to go slow and listen.

Waste of Time
Tried two units and each could not fill a Soda Stream canister. The instructions claim it would fill a canister with a ‘flat’ pin. These do not. Now filling direct from 20lb tank into Soda Stream.Gave one star because zero was not an option.

Poor quality parts make the entire product poor.
The black knob that connects to the bottle receiving CO2 is garbage. The knob attaches to a nipple with brass teeth however the knob itself does not have teeth and simply spins on the nipple when you attempt to open the “valve.” All other parts are better quality but the product is only as good as its weakest part.

Manufacturing defect
One of the Pre-fab joints has a leak/hole and does not maintain pressure due to this. A clear manufacturing defect.

Wouldn't work
I could not get this refill hose to work at all.I ended up getting a hose to direct connect my large tank to the soda sream
