Quality inconsistencies?
I’m not sure if every bottle comes from the actual company or what because this used to work great for me but the last couple bottles haven’t seemed like the same quality and really don’t help my body/gut at all. I used to recommend this brand a lot but with the inconsistencies in quality lately, I’m not very comfortable doing that anymore. I may need to look for another brand

After multiple rounds of antibiotics back to back my gut was toast. I was so sick from high doses of Keflex, Bactrim DS and then Clindamycin. Gut health? None. I started off with one a day just to see how I reacted. After a few days I noticed the bottle said for intense support to take 3. I needed that intense support. 6 weeks later even after 2 more rounds of antibiotics, I feel so much better! All gastro issues that can come along with antibiotics have resolved completely. I am going to keep taking one a day. Definitely going to buy again.
