Turkey tail mushrooms are said to have a lot of health benefits. These mushroom capsules are practically odorless, flavorless and easy to swallow. They are gluten free, vegan and dna verified which is important to me. One bottle has a month's worth of capsules. I definitely noticed an improvement in my digestion, so I highly recommend these for that reason alone. I presume that the other suggested benefits would be experienced long term. I did not experience any side effects.

Great supplement.

I enjoyed using this product! After about 2 weeks I felt like I had more energy. The pills are vegan, non-gmo, and DNA versus which helps me trust that the source is reliable and I'm getting the best potency. There pills are easy to swallow, I have 4 stars because I wish the daily recommended dose was less. But overall I am satisfied with this item.

I’ve only been taking this about 2 wks and it’s already made a huge difference in my bloating. My belly isn’t sticking out and hard like it had been. I feel so much better and flatter! Will continue to take these.

I did not have great feelings after I took it.

I notices an improvement in my digestion right away. I am a vegan and usually dont have trouble getting enough fiber but this supplement was an extra aid. I feel like it helped me to feel less bloated as well. I definitely recommend it for long term use. Comes in pill form so they're easy to consume and there no weird/nasty after taste.
