Natural Flavour
Although I hesitated to purchase this because it seems expensive I am pleased with it as it is a natural product and has none of the artificial flavours of other tonic water previously tried. Bought as an alternative to quinine 😉 I diluted it with sparkling water and it makes a refreshing drink, I don't drink gin but I expect it will be lovely as a mixer for G&T. Because it has no artificial sweeteners it has sugar which is not a problem as so little is needed for dilution. The bottle will last for a long time depending on use or how much you enjoy it!

TASTES ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
I’ve been on the lookout for a nice, natural cinchona-based quinine tonic for some years. I’m fond of a G&T and find the proprietary brands of tonic water lack the bitterness they once had due to the decreasing amounts of quinine that are added these days compared to years ago. And I also like to drink a glass of tonic water each day as I find it both refreshing and beneficial. Having tried many brands over the years I thought I would take a chance on this Little-known KOFI TI natural tonic syrup from Romania and I was not disappointed. This really tastes amazing - bitter sweet as it should be - and I believe I may have found the tonic I’ve been searching for. Simply dilute one part syrup to seven parts sparkling seater and you have the most beautiful tonic water you could ask for. Gorgeous rusty/amber In colour and made from real cinchona bark using a cold press method, I really don’t think you will find a nicer tonic syrup anywhere And no artificial colourings or flavourings. I’ve just ordered another bottle. Very highly recommend.

Intriguing, if a little sweet
This does feel like a good tonic. It's very dark, which makes it look like you're drinking something exotic. You can really taste the sugar cane in this, and the quinine is prominent, yet not too strong. I didn't try it, but it feels like you could use it in a rum, not just a gin. Overall, a little sweet for me, but an interesting change from the supermarket specials. Remember to keep it in the fridge. The only thing preventing me from buying it repeatedly is the price. For those with Sodastreams - don't try mix it in the bottle, boy is it fizzy! Add to gin, pour soda water over it, carefully.

Great taste but not good for Soda Stream
This tastes great, but unfortunately the dilution ratio makes it unsuitable for use with a soda stream.

looks disgusting
It tasted OK but it made a murky tonic. The resulting gin and tonic looked sludgy and visually unappealing. My wife couldn't get past it. Shame.

So good, sometimes I just drink it by itself!
After drinking this, you realise how much sugar there is in "normal" tonic water. Im sure the sugar is there to mask the fact that there is nothing else to tase. This tonic water is just sweet enough to offset some of the bitterness in the herbal ingredients. Thats the way you want it. I suppose you could add some more sugar if you want to. But why would you? It tastes natural - like there are herbal extracts in it - and the sugar tastes like cane sugar, which adds its own dimension to the overall taste. One reviewer said that there was a colour to it. Err, unless its all E numbers, of course there will be colour! Thats because things are dissolved in it. If I made you a coffee or tea that was clear, you'd be a suspicious wouldn't you!

Yum, yum, and yum!
I came here to find tonic water syrup and was attracted by the fact that this is a more traditional version. I was prepared for it to taste different from the kind of tonic I usually buy (these more natural things always do), but this is not just different, it is so much more. You get the classic bitterness, but also the caramel flavours from the cane sugar. Paired it with my Lunun gin and it was like a whole new world. Don't buy it if you will be upset when your tonic doesn't look or taste like the kind you might buy at the supermarket. Do buy it if you like to experiment with tastiness.

Makes an ok G&T
I bought this based on reviews, despite the hefty price. I find it takes more of the syrup than suggested to get a good flavour. It's not exactly like a 'normal' G&T, and it's not transparent, but it's pretty nice all the same so I would probably buy it again.
