Great for sensitive skin, does remove makeup
I have sensitive skin, mild rosacea, and wear light makeup. This cleanser feels gentle, gets sudsy without drying my skin, and really does removes makeup. Would recommend a double cleanse if removing make up or having a shower after work, a workout, or a long day.

Going 8 years strong in this love affair with my cleanser haha!
I have been using this cleanser for the past 8 years and I love it! Over the years, I have sampled other products (can't always resist trends unfortunately) and I ALWAYS come back to this one. Even if I am trying out a new one, I keep my regular first aid beauty on hand because it is almost inevitable that I will always come back to it. I like double cleansing, so I usually go in with an oil first and then follow with this one. This doesn't strip my skin or make it feel tight, and that's a big factor for me. It's perfect!

Good value
After 25 years of using the same foaming cleanser, I decided to try something new. This has definitely removed (lightweight) makeup leaving skin feeling clean and fresh, not stripped or dry. I actually still feel my face moisturized after a night's sleep!

Gentle, good for sensitive skin!
I buy this on the regular at a beauty store. Nice to get delivered on Amazon. Fast shipping, wrapped well, and it’s the genuine product. My sensitive skin can only handle a few face washes. This is one.
