Acceptable value for money. The blocks are of decent quality material and are fairly solid. They are non slip ; good for the floor or a yoga mat. They give decent support. Good purchase at this price.

No doubt these bars r light weight,durable and comfortable too but they seems to be little bigger for me.Other yoga bars are of 3" width buy this one is 4" so little difficult for me to hold.Otherwise it's a grt buy.I m returning it because of bigger width.Need a 3" width yoga bar.

These yoga blocks are so light and easy to use because of that. They have a good grip on the floor, mat and as you can see can take your weight well, without issues. Already helping me get into deeper poses. As a yoga instructor I will definitely recommend these! Especially if you are just starting with blocks and want to explore as these are quite affordable as well.

I needed to raise up my Neumann KH80's and also reduce bass rumble on my desk where I compose orchestral music, and these blocks are PERFECT. My speakers are 6" wide by 8" long, and these blocks are 6x9! They raise the speakers up 4" off my desk. Honestly, it was like they were made for the speakers custom, lol. The foam is dense, the weight of the speaker doesn't even give in, yet the bass frequencies are absorbed perfectly. Monitor stands to do that same thing are over 200 bucks, this is such a great solution. As far as yoga, I have no idea what happens in yoga nor what you are even supposed to do with these blocks in that way, but for audio room treatment, they are stellar. In fact, you could place 4 of these together on the floor and create a perfect elevated detached subwoofer stand! At this price, wow, what a blessing. Thanks yoga world!

Excelente producto. Son los más baratos que encontré en el mercado (menos de $200) y no les he encontrado defectos. Son bastante rígidos pues a pesar de haber puesto todo mi peso en ellos no sentí que se comprimieran.

Perfect as a prop for yoga and stretching particularly if you're inflexible. It's much easier to do a difficult stretch or pose with a little support. With 3 different dimensions it's pretty easy to find the right height. I use them every day. They are foam but a sturdy foam, perfect to add support. These would not be a good block for strength training or a step for cardio. They're not designed for those applications. Buy a good solid step for that.

I use this to do single heel up and down exercise only, so my whole body weight is concentrated on the ball of foot, very tiny space pushing down to the brick. The brick is strong to hold my whole body weight and dent a bit, but next day will come back to its original shape. I could not imagine anything better, a comprise between the sturdiness and not too hard on the barefoot. I have being using this for a few months, no problem at all. And the reasonable price is a plus.
