Fit 2003 suburban/yukon
Good fit, slightly longer than original which us helpful. Install is a pain and could not get the rubber grommet completely through the hole.

Longer than factory cable lenght
Had a nice long cable compared to the factory one, made connection to the dash side cable easier - operation has been good since

Does not fit.
So I installed this antenna base to come and find out the factory antenna does not fit. As well as my trim piece does not fit w/ an aftermarket antenna or an adapter to make the OEM antenna fit.

Tested Good ....... Until
I read another review before typing this one that mentioned the base coming undone when screwing the antenna on - I ordered this anyway and bench tested it with good readings. It is longer than the original OEM which I believe is used in newer models - 10(?) inches extra isn't going to be an issue but it was not OEM length. After the hour to get it ran in place and hooked it up I screwed the new antenna into it and the base started spinning with the antenna. The internal solder connection was over heated/soldered and half burnt through. I was tightening by hand and had the antenna about half screwed down when it started spinning with the antenna. I went to unscrew the antenna off of it and the internal screw and housing came out with the antenna. Instantly sending me into a new realm of "unhappy" I have not been in for apparently too long. I unscrewed the antenna off of it and screwed/pushed the base back down. It had a decent connection but wiggling it would start walking apart and I know driving and wind would cause it to come out of the base and fall off the truck and lose the new antenna in the process. I had to pull this one out and order another antenna - by model number sold and shipped by Amazon that was the actual OEM length and went together with no issues. I don't think the extra length or quality was bad - just got a bad one like somebody else did.

Very good replacement
This was a very good replacement. It is a little bit longer than the OEM which made it easier to install.
