When you try to hook up the regulator valve to a propane fuel tank you will find they are not compatible. Hence no fuel will flow to the burner. I tried it on three tanks and the same problem comes up. You can go to Home Depot and switch out the regulator that is shipped with the unit will work and pay $20 for that one. I emailed the seller and got no response. Looking at the burner it appears to be a quality product but what good is it if you can't fire it up !

great burner i use it in my home made virtical smoker that i fitted this to use as controllable heat only isse is the igniter does not work but other than that it is a great burner for the moner

Brass POL fitting incompatible with 7 gallon LP tank. Regulator and male brass fitting build as one piece so unable to replace fitting. Found compatible reg, fitting and regulator online and burner works very good on both low and high settings.

This,is my second time replacing the same exact product and it still doesn't work. I did all the troubleshooting recommended and even replaced my propane think to make sure that I have enough gas. The product does not click, there is no ignition even after having the propane tank on for a while to flush out all the air inside the house. This is beyond frustrating. Waste of my time and money!!!!!!

Hose knob has to be hell tight to make it work. Mine broken. Dont know what to do. Used 3-4 times.

Horrible customer experience. Avoid purchasing this burner.
