I am an adult who has an NJ tube. These did not work for me. They would not stick, would stick together before I could get them together, or fall off within a day.

We used this for my daughter who has an NG tube. First, you have to use heat to get it to stick. So, we had to rub her little face pretty significantly to get the patch on. Then, unless you put it on a sleeping baby, you are fighting a moving target. If you don't get it placed perfectly then it bubbles up and doesn't hold the tube in place. We put it on and had to change it 3 days later. The one place it stuck well pulled her skin off when we tried to remove the whole strip. We used unisolv to take it off and it still ripped her skin. These were great in theory because you don't have to measure and cut them out. We went back to the tape from the hospital.
