These are great. I was worried about the taste but they are like breath mints. Takes 10 minutes or so to dissolve. Really awesome

Love, love, love but for better results I definitely recommend getting a water flosser/ water pik for after brushing and before using this if you want amazing results. It desolves quickly, the taste is great (potent).
