This item arrived in an envelope with other vitamins I ordered. It turned out, this item had confusing double packaging but it wasn't obvious. On the outer packaging only vitamin K2 was mentioned and not vitamin D. I was ready to send it back but then my friend advised to open it. There was another, smaller pack with proper labeling, so all seem to be okay.

Confidence that any supplement you are taking is the right one is critical. My confidence was shattered when I read the ingredients on the packet 2500 does not equal 4000. This combined with starting to get aches and pains (which might just be coincidence) shortly after I started to taking these - I stopped taking them immediately. I've done more reading, its easy to get the right amount of vitamin K from a good diet. 4000iu vitamin D is the total you should have per day. Even in winter a normal diet will give you about 50% of that, so a supplement of 2000iu is about right. So not for me.
