Quite Pricey, but DURABLE, BRIGHT, and SMALL! Highly recommend for EDC.
Honestly, yeah, $30-ish for a small light seems kinda pricey. I hear Olight is a bit like the "Apple" of flashlights in that they're very pricey, look brilliant and functional well, but there are potential equivalent lights for cheaper. From my experience, however, this light felt WELL worth the price. It was INCREDIBLY durable and VERY bright. It was super easy to use, the clip it came with was SUPER handy because of its two-way usage, and it was VERY small in the pocket. Definitely recommend for EDC. The button is super responsive, and once you get used to it, it's very easy to cycle from low to high output. It's more of a flood light (meaning it spreads light widely across a short distance) which, in tandem with its small size, is incredibly useful for everyday tasks. The battery life is incredible, but do note that the lumens seem to drop as the battery gets lower, rather than having a regulated brightness across the battery life. Even still, though, it remains super bright even after MONTHS of not switching batteries (although, I didn't really use it too month in those months). It's also pretty water proof, as I literally clicked the button several times UNDER WATER, which they don't really recommend, but it maintained its functionality. I EVEN DROPPED THIS THING IN SUPER HOT OIL by accident, cleaning out a fryer, but I was able to use tongs and fish it out. The thing was lit when I dropped it, and it stayed lit after. STILL FUNCTIONS to this day. The button started having issues with "sticking", but after spraying some WD-40 on the button, it worked just like new again. One thing, unfortunately, is that I think the high heat messed with the elasticity or rigidity of the actual pocket clip; after dropping it in the oil, the clip became very loose to the point that I could no longer use it effectively. I only stopped using it because I switched to a larger light, as I started working security. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for EDC.

These flashlights are a tough and versatile EDC
Killer lights. The dual function clip is great. I do sometime get it caught on seatbelts getting when putting them on or taking them off. But the ability to use this as a quick headlamp on my hat far outweighs that. The dual level brightness is great as well. These flashlights are my EDC. I say these because I've lost them on my property a couple of times now and bought replacements. Just today my daughter found one that has been outside in the rain and weather for probably 3 months at least. I brushed off all the dirt and mud, clicked the button and it lit right up. They are built to last!! I can't say enough good about them. I use IKEA rechargeable 2450 mAh AA batteries in them and they are a great combo. So great to be able to switch to a standard alkaline battery in a pinch.

Great light for EDC
I don't view this light as a tactical beast or anything to go clearing houses with, but it is nice to have in the pocket ready to go. Thus I give it 5 starts in the context of what it is and does. Its a pocket flashlight people. The best features of this light are the reasonable size, use of commonly available batteries, reasonable brightness, and the clip. The clip is nice and I don't know why more lights don't incorporate a clip of this type/style-- pocket clip and also can clip to a hat brim so you can go "hands free." If you use this light for any extended period of time (say >5+ mins) the body will get warm. I have not dunked it in water, but it claims to be sealed and you can visually see the orings in the end cap FWIW. For the price its great, and so far for me has withstood about 9 months of everyday carry and use. If it were to break, I'd say it was probably because of accumulative abuse, then come right back to AMZN to buy another.

Great little light
So I had my trepidations when I purchased this light because I have heard of Olight but I wasn't convinced of their quality over other brands I've used in the past (i.e. Surefire, Streamlight & HDS Systems) so I've been around when it comes to EDC flashlights. But I have a horrible retention on my lights as I lose them which vexes me so. DONT ask me how it just happens. SO I initially bought this light to replace a Streamlight 1LA which is a great EDC light due to it taking CR123 & AA batteries, But I digress. I was looking for something that was comparable but maybe a touch smaller as to make it more comfortable in my pockets. After some searching and not wanting to break the bank I purchased this light. I do not regret this purchase fully, I do wish I would of purchased the rechargeable version as it gave me the option to either use a lithium rechargeable battery or use standard alkaline batteries but at a lost of lumens. But in the time I've owned it and used it this light is great and I love the step up feature it has going from low to high power before you fully depress for a click. I'm still on the same battery I got when I received it so I would cautiously say that the battery life on this light its great. Overall I would recommend this light for a smaller EDC light that doesn't burn through batteries like some other lights. But I would say if you want to use rechargeable and alkaline I would recommend the Olight I5R EOS.

Great flashlight for daily use
This flashlight is perfect! I work as an inspector for a general contractor and this flashlight gets a ton of daily use. I'm constantly going into basements with no power or other such areas where a light is essential. This flashlight is tiny enough to be super convenient when clipped into my pocket, but bright enough so that I can see everything clearly.

Almost perfect!
I give it 5 stars because it's an incredibly well made and working light, but I wish the low mode was a little brighter. I'm not sure why it's SO dim, but it still works great, and has been a great thing to keep in my bag.

Best EDC Light
I bought this product a year ago for one of my backpacking trips. After doing my research and asking around I decided that this product would be good to bring along. I was not disappointed. I love this little light! It fits easily into a pocket. The light was very bright for something so small. The casing it comes in is all metal. Which helps with the durability of the light. The two settings on the light were awesome for everything I did backpacking and fishing. One of my favorite features is the clip. Not only does it help to clip it to a pocket. I can easily turn any baseball cap into a headlamp. This was super useful at night when we had to start fires or help with cooking and other chores around camp. Overall I am very happy I purchased this product. I would highly recommend Olight to anyone looking for a product that will survive the toughest conditions. I will definitely buy from them in the future and you should too.
