Pillow case looks exactly as shown! With that being said it seems to be made out of some type of “straw like” fabric. You definitely do not want to lay your head on this and read a good book lol 😂 If buying for aesthetic purposes only then this is perfect! If you’re looking for a comfy pillow to add to your reading space I would look elsewhere.
