Zojirushi SM-QHE60GK, Flip-and-Go Stainless Mug, 20-Ounce, Teal

Works exactly the same as my old 20oz travel Zojirushi tumblers. Bought 2 in hibiscus and teal to replace my 2 old faithfuls that went missing in a move. The only new difference is the little carrying handle, which I honestly love. They are the best travel tumblers for hot drinks that I have ever bought. Have had this brand for years - you can throw them in your bag and I have never once had a leak. The lock on the sip cover is also extremely useful. They are easy to clean, with the mouth spout being able to pop out and pop back in with ease after washing. This is is the only brand I will ever buy for for drinks, because they keep your drinks HOT for 24+ hours. Not warm, HOT. I don’t know when I will have to repurchase, because they honestly last forever. Buy this!! (I am currently considering checking out other products from this brand)

Love the slim profile of this thermos. It's more lightweight than an Owalla which I ended up returning (because it doesn't fit my car cup holder. Plus this takes cold AND hot.) This Zojirushi fits my car cup holder easily. The handle is sturdy, and the locking and flip mechanisms can be operated with one thumb easily. It was in a hot car for a while, and the cool temperature of the liquid inside was not impacted at all. Very happy with this product.

Wanted to find a coffee travel mug that would keep my coffee hot. Too many others on the market claim to keep your drink hot or cold but have other flaws such as not really leakproof, paint that scratches and peels easily, interior coating materials that are concerning, or difficult to hold. I have other Zojirushi products and they are top quality. My one mistake was being optimistic the I would be able to use this mug to drink from while driving. Probably not the safest to try sipping with the flip open lid and still keeping your eyes on the road. My quest for the perfect travel coffee mug continues, but I don't regret my purchase of this flip-and-go mug. In fact I bought two in different colors. These mugs absolutely have been leak proof when sealed as directed and keep my coffee very warm to hot during a 10 hour work shift. I haven't used for cold drinks yet but have no doubt they would still be cold after many hours too. The construction and paint quality is solid. Love the flip handle for carrying. I hate work coffee, so these mugs allow me to make extra coffee with hot milk froth at home, transport them in my work bag without leaking, and refill my regular coffee mug when I want another cup. Stainless steel interior is easy to clean and keeps flavors true. Turned out to be the best little thermos type containers I have ever purchased.

Best travel mug I've ever owned - for both hot or cold beverages. This in the category of "almost works too well" in that I can't put coffee in when it's too hot or I'll burn my mouth six hours later if I leave it sealed that long. I put ice water in it once and forgot about it, left it in a hot car, and opened it a day later to find that there were still ice cubes banging around in there. Obviously your mileage will vary if you are opening and closing it, but if you warm it up before you put in a hot liquid, then leave it sealed, it's going to keep it HOT for a long time. And if you chill it a bit and toss in some ice cubes, same results. Even after you open it, it'll stay hot or cold for hours if you close it after you sip. I have three of these zojirushi travel mugs - the other two are straight cylinders and they are just as effective temperature-wise but they don't have the collapsible buckle/ring. That makes a huge difference - so much easier to carry or loop onto a backpack when traveling. Highly recommend this version! Incredible value (I paid around $30 for this one) for the quality. Zojirushi in general is a great value, don't sleep on this one.

I have tried many different kinds of insulated bottles and cups and I like this drinking spout most of all. I have only tried it with hot things and it does keeps things hot for a few hours and then warm afterwards for many more hours. It appears easy to clean although the instructions for taking it apart for a deep clean are very confusing and tiny. I will tackle that later as I am only using it for plain tea and not things with milk or other gunky substances. The lid with the push button open and the slide lock appears to be solid and will prevent leaking. The flip up handle is useful and is positioned high enough on the bottle so it still fits in a car cup holder. The interior is a nice, shiny silver and 16 ounces is a decent size but it feels kind of small. I think 20 ounces and up would work a bit better but I am happy overall.

Favorite brand to keep drinks hot, but I bought this for work to keep water cold. Works great and I love the handle.

I love my Zojirushi mugs - I have several. I've never found another stainless mug that keeps my coffee hot as long as these do. I can pour some into my mug before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning, it is still reasonably hot (not as hot as I prefer, but more than just warm). The paint maintains over the years. These mugs with the handle are more fragile - I dropped one of mine and the handle broke. These mugs do not leak and have a lock so you can ensure that they don't come open when they shouldn't.

Initially I felt there was an issue with the inside of the bottle bottom - it looked like it was discolored or coming off. The manufacturer was notified;; they have assured me this is not anything that’s actually discolored or coming off. Even though I use very good filtered water, it does have minerals; it turned out to be mineral buildup.. Knowing this, during this week I used baking soda and/or baking powder with lemon juice and some distilled white vinegar & a bottle brush it looks brand new again. So if this happens to you, even though you might not think it’s your water it definitely could be.. This is a wonderful item; women at my exercise class have asked me where I got it because it’s slim, very easy to hold. It’s got a nice handle on it if you take it with you and it keeps the water nice, fresh, & cool & it’s attractive.
