Shaking all over
Quality is not cheap! Mixed in manual bottle shaker with tap water results are great. As for those who use blenders WHY! If you have not gotten the energy strength to manually physically shake a proper protein mix then this is Not for you. If you after a no fuss quality protein ie put a scoop worth into 250ml water and shake for ten-15 seconds and drink with no lumps and taste great then here you go. This is a quality protein mix all their protein powders are! Not cheap but neither are the ingredients that they use.

Flavour is a bit weird
The product is a very easy way to get protein into your diet whilst maintaining a caloric deficit. However, the taste isn’t similar to chocolate at all, it tastes more like milk powder. Had a hard time trying to finish this.

Fast results :D
Tastes good, easy to mix. Noticed improvement in muscle definition and tone after just one week. It will only last two weeks at the recommended 2 portions a day. Making it quite expensive. But I’m hoping the results will be worth it considering I’ve noticed a difference already. 1st few days excess gas being produced and stomach rumbling. However seems to have settled now.

Genuinly not nice ,loads better out there for the price u have to keep shaking it to get the flavour unless i got a bad batch who knows PHD all the way

Best protein in my opinion for a few reasons…
I’m a PT and I recommend this to all my clients as: 1) One of the best flavours on the market 2) For protein porridge, it keeps its thickness (some protein powders make the porridge watery). 3) Great amount of protein per serving too! Love it and doubt I’ll chang anytime soon!

Does not mix well and adds lots of volume to shake when put in blender
Overall taste is fine and glad it's lean for shredding season but quite a strange consistency when blended. The volume highly increases - Not good if you use something like a Ninja to make shakes. Would not order again.
