Love this product, has been a life saver for my bad knee. I took one star of for the genius that decided to ship arthritis medication in a box that has 3 GLUED sides and no easy way to open it! The cardboard is very thick and hard as hell to cut through with a box cutter. The only way to open it is to pry the glued down sides up. Even though I do not have arthritis in my hands (yet), I struggle to open this box. With that said, it does protect the product during shipping, but IMHO it could be accomplished with a different design. How people that are using this for their arthritic hands manage to open this box without having to ask a younger person is beyond me. Come on, people...think about your end user!! I can picture my grandmother waiting for a grandson to come over and open the box so she can relieve the arthritis in her hands. Maybe they have a tool we can buy to make this easier?
