Easy to straighten the shank
For surf perch I like a straight shank. A pair of pliers accomplish this easily.Very sharp points. A great hook!

wow - one of the best hooks I ever used
caught a lot of sea bass and porgies using these hooks on an inshore boat. The only issue is that the hooks rusted a little bit after use, but overall they are good
