I ordered this to use in recipes in an excellent cookbook, "My Jamaican Table," which I was reviewing. It is fresh and perfect for my Jamaican chicken and goat curry.

Quality spice mix and a great base for recipes and sauces. Mild heat, but you can amp that up with other ingredients. Good price too.

An absolute staple in making my daily soup. This curry powder adds such delicious flavor, and the quantity lasts quite a while, even using it as part of my daily soup stock.I would be lost without this wonderful spice.

I've been using this brand exclusively since I found it at my Natural Foods Store. Unfortunately, they no longer carry the large containers so Amazon to the rescue.
