My first time buying a soft close seat and I'm loving it so far! Installation is a bit different but not too challenging. The plastic inserts were a bit too big for the holes, as some reviews said they might be, so I just filed them down a bit until they fit. Seat fits nicely and it looks good in my bathroom. And no more worrying that a guest will break the seat by letting it fall closed!

This toilet seat, while pretty, is not at all sturdy. The metal fixtures that attach it to the toilet keep coming lose, my husband is having to tighten it about every other day. I do not see an option for return, and it hasn't even been 3 months since we bought it. So disappointed.

I am writing this review because I rely on reviews and this elongated toilet seat is worth writing about! I purchased 2 and installed the first one without a hitch. When I got to the second one, the plastic inserts that should fit in the top holes were too big, so i used the option suggested to insert from the bottom, this did not work! The seat would slide and was unstable. After pondering over this I decided to uninstall and very carefully shave the plastic inserts just enough so they would fit perfectly from the top and everything was resolved! These toilet seats are solid, comfortable and an exquisite upgrade! When installed correctly the mechanics are Perfect! If you are looking to enhance your bathroom experience, do not hesitate to purchase the Angel Shield toilet seat!!!

I love the color, it matches my floor. And I like that it feels heavy and well made. But the install is tough on my toilet. The bolts they send with it are too long and I can only use the bolt and the install tool on one side. I have to get my brother to cut the other bolt at some point when I go see him so I can actually install it. So I’ve had it for a month and it’s still not installed.

We purchased two of these a few years ago for each of our bathrooms. Easy to install. Attractive. Still shiny, with no visible wear to date. Very durable. Highly recommend.

Easy to install! Is not wobbly! Instructions were weird but I figured it out!

Good seat, sturdy, good fit, easy installation. After less than 18 months the soft close stopped working. At about 2 years the hinge broke, buying a new one now. Great while it lasted, but I expected a few more years of use.

Easy to instal, love the metal hardware that looks a lot nicer than plastic. At first I found the marble colours to be a little dark but I got used to it and love it now. It's like the picture shows!

Very comfortable and easy to install. Easy to clean and I LOVE the lift it gives off the toilet bowl itself. Heavy duty gosh- let’s just say I love it !

I really love it matches grey appliances. Nice and sturdy with metal attachments (not plastic). One Funny thing my 4 year old granddaughter didn’t want to use it because she thought the old grey one was still on the toilet and was was dirty. Lol
