great book, it helped me loose weight, it explins well the processes. It is similar to keto diet but it relates food habits to the internal body clock. I like that a lot.The diet itself is easily accesible.The book is short yet information is easy to understand.I highly reccomend it to those who want to start keto and don't know where to begin, but also to people who do already keto...this will give some sense to many seemingly non-senses from keto
