Q: These lights were bright for 3 nights about 6 hours,now dull light 2 1/2 hours.... batteries??I 1thought these charged up and last 8 hrs? 2 strands!

I have 30 strings in the trees lining my driveway. I have no problems during the summer, as long as the solar panel is not shaded by the leaves. During the winter they do not always make it through the night. it depends on how much sun you get during the day.

The same thing has happened with my purchase the first night they worked great and stayed lit all night. Now day 3, with panels in full sunlight, they barely flicker and the brightness is very faint. Not happy with this product!!

Q: I was reading that the blue lights stay on for 8 hours, I think more like 5 hours, I put the lights in an area that gets sun all day.

Approx 3 3/4 inches X 3 3/4 inches. A bit hard to measure mine already in place off my balcony. Specifications should be on Amazon website. Scroll down from item and you should see them. They will be more accurate than mine.
