Installed with a complete bathroom remodel. We like having it - but we hardly use it. Quality construction and material.

Plastic Parts
I called Moen specifically to ask if this was plastic as the description states "chrome." The Amazon description also says chrome. When it arrived, the wall plates were plastic, as was the piece that hold the sprayer. Plastic just doesn't hold up. I returned it and ordered the Kohler Hotel Handshower. It's all chrome.

Brushed nickel finish sub standard
When we had this installed with a Moen shower handle and shower head they didn't match. The brushed nickel on this product is almost yellow and the bar that it's mounted on doesn't match itself. Works very well but for the price I was hoping all the fixtures would match
