Love this tea brand! The Stomach tea and heartburn tea have worked great and this tea before bed or after a stress full day is very relaxing and light. The taste is light and refreshing without being overpowering. The light strength of the tea makes it perfect for any time of day including before bedtime. I will be purchasing more!

This is great tasting tea that puts me to sleep quickly. After a stressful day it helps me to relax. The only problem has been that I am nursing my 3 mo old son and noticed sharp drop in milk production and couldn't pinpoint the cause. Then I started researching ingredients I found a sourse that said that lemon balm (main ingredient of this tea) has a potential to drop milk production and is used to treat overproduction of breast milk or to dry up the supply. Even though it is said on the box that this tea is safe during breastfeeding (which I don't doubt), do your own research on the ingredients before ingesting it. I had to stop drinking it and trying to reestablish my production. However, will deffinately drink it after done nursing.

These are my go-to to get over a cold and to stay healthy when traveling! Really seems to shorten the duration of any bug and also keeps me healthy when traveling and I’m around a lot of people. Would recommend.

Taste isn’t bad, but very mild and not soothing to my throat. I’d like to think the herbs are still doing something for me though 😌

Love this tea to replace my morning coffee! I don’t find the taste to be strong, but it does have a delightful light, fruity aroma. I like to add honey to it to add some natural sweetness.
