This stuff is pretty good, does the job but you've got to drink a lot of water/liquids after the initial dose. Also, whoever said this stuff mixes well is nuts. I've tried cold, luke warm and hot...it does not mix well at all but like I said it does the job.

I buy this year round and consume it daily. This is such a nice product. It absorbs water well and doesn’t clump or float the way super fine, refined powder does. No stomach issues whatsoever. My good cholesterol also went up by 30 points. Great side benefit.
