Elvire Fabric Resistance Bands for Working Out, Set of 3, Booty Exercise Band for Women, Workout Loops, Legs, Glutes, Squat

I was recommended this product by a friend who is a gym bunny so I knew I couldn't go wrong with this purchase. It comes in a really nice mesh bag that fits into any size gym bag. There is a little pamplet inside with a couple of exercises you can do. It also comes with an email address to claim some related workout books and a youtube video. The quality of the bands is amazing, you can tell they will last long and having used them for just over two weeks, I am really happy with them. The pink one is the easiest and most versatile band to use for movements that require a more stretch but will still give you enough resistance to feel those muscles burn. The purple one is what I am currently using for most exercises and makes the workouts super effective. The bands sit where you want them but with anything that you use, they do move a couple of mm when doing your workout but not enough to make you stop and replace it. They haven't rolled up or caused any damage on my leggings but then again the material of my leggings are pretty good too. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to add resistance to their booty/leg workouts either at home or in the gym. Also, on a side note, their response to their emails are pretty good - usually within one to two working days and they were really polite and friendly.

Wow, these Resistance Bands are far superior to the non latex ones I have used in the past. I call them Super Resistance Bands. I have used the pink one three times to do the Clam Strengthening Exercise. The resistance is certainly there compared to the others I have used previously. I do hope they have a longer life span than my previous resistance bands which gradually lost their durability and split after 42 days of daily use. I am aware they require washing, this can be no bad thing.

I have only had these bands for a few weeks so I cannot give a fair comment as to their durability however I can certainly tell you they are fabulous! They are so incredibly comfortable to wear and give me more than enough resistance. The bands have a striped non slip material on the inside so they don't slide, twist or gather up like cheaper bands do. They are ideal for beginners and more experienced users alike. As someone that suffers with arthritis exercise can be very challenging and I find I can no longer lift heavier dumbbell weights but these bands have given me a new lease of life because I can now do intensive strength exercises to suit my abilities. They seem very well made and come with a well proportioned net storage bag making them very portable and ideal for a good workout even when away from home. I love the vibrant colours too. I would reccomend these bands, they are an ideal addition to any exercise regime.

I am a novice at using resistance bands and after my first workout, I am pleased with them. 3 bands: pink gives the least resistance (light); purple medium resistance and dark purple the highest resistance. Quality seems good. It comes in a bag that will help with storage and a sheet guide on how to use them with a variety of exercises. You need to email them to get the instruction video link on how to do a 10 minute exercise using the bands. The reason I have knocked off a star is that you have to hand wash them after 15-20 uses. I didn’t realise this when I bought them, so disappointed I can’t throw them into a washing machine.

I love these bands: high-quality, anti-slip layers inside, resistant, three resistance levels. I also like the 8.1cm width. I find it very comfortable. I was not sure about the size of the bands as I have never used any but I'm a size 10 and these fits perfectly. The travel bag is very handy. Overall, very reasonable price for quality. I am a very happy beginner user! I have not claimed the free e-book with bonus exercises and the workout video.

Great length and price. Exactly what I was after. They seem strong and durable, not too tight. Love the different strengths with each band. Really happy that they are fabric cause I live in a humid climate and plastic or rubber can go mouldy or get ruined here. Only negative is the new smell is very strong. But I am sure in time it will settle. And I am extremely sensitive to smells. Handy they are in a bag. So could I take them anywhere and are easy to store and find.
