I got this for 8$. It is small and not a lot of resistance, but good for mild exercise.

I have an original some 20 y old, it is high resistance... this one is low resistance and better for doing multi-reps without damaging joints and muscles. I am a strong male, but this one is suitable resistance for both men and women. Excellent for using underarm to stress the pectoralis muscle. Do 20 reps, rest, then 20 more 3x/week, and you'll notice the difference.

This deserves 0 stars. This is cheap and dangerous!!!! The metal is thin and bends into a cube if you use it as intended. I can flex it with my finger and thumb because it’s so weak & cheap. I wouldn’t let anyone use it because the thin wire like center stops 3 inches before the end of the foam. The metal is so thin it will be a dagger in the leg if it snaps. The center is a weak coil wrapped in thin plastic that probably would not hold back the force of the cheap metal snapping.

Much smaller than my previous order. It works, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this one.

Didn't think this product would be small. Had one years ago that was not this small. But otherwise it is pretty good 👍

My son, husband and I love this thing and use it like a fidget toy when we are watching TV. My family and neighbors always pick it up and start playing with it, when they come over. It's small enough that it travels around the living room from person to person, and we all just enjoy using it.

I purchased this same item/brand in July 2020 which was 11.99 from Amazon and it finally broke in Sept 2025…so I reordered the same one from my past orders, and the quality and size of it are not even close to the same I guess why it’s 8.99 now. This one is smaller, not as much tension and just cheaper made. I don’t recommend.

I have loved these exercise tools for years. This mini one is so perfect. And you get results if you stick with it.

Well designed just a little too stiff

This thing is extremely inconvenient, the spring is good enough but wings to small and covers are spinning around making it impossible to keep this thing in place. Do not recommend at all.
