I bought this bear for myself to help me with nighttime anxiety after my husband passed away suddenly. I also have fibromyalgia. I warm it up for 2 mins in the microwave and it stays hot for hours. When heated it does smell of lavender. Seems to be good quality, and it is not expensive. Highly recommend

the quality of the product itself was great. I loved the size/feel and the bear is super cute and exactly as pictured. the smell however wasn't the greatest and didn't exactly smell like lavender... more of a lavender plus other essential oil knock off. wasn't a huge fan of the smell by itself.
