Best Vacuum By far. I Have two Toddlers, and this bad boy works over time, I have to say, I have had shark vacuums all my life. I been missing out all this time. I highly recommend this vacuum. Its like commercial grade. Picks up unwanted messes great.

What a beast! This sucked out so much that I had to empty the ample canister after each room upon first use. I did not realize that I had ordered a professional tool (this is Bissell's pro-line) that can satisfy a cleaning company's demands. It's also lightweight and built ruggedly with a quality long cord. I've been using this for many, many months and have had no issues at all. This will probably last the rest of my life, therefor if I need something else that Sanitaire manufactures then I will probably purchase it immediately.

Would be 5 stars but the height adjustment broke. Very good suction and cleaning.

I edited this review ten months into owning. I own a small cleaning business and have a more powerful Sanitaire vacuum. My other vacuum was designed without attachments. This is a great vacuum, but it could be a little better. My issues with the machine are all minor issues. Here they are: 1. The filter above the canister drops dust all over the front of the vacuum. When you’re trying to look professional in front of customers, it’s kind of hard to when you make huge mess with your vacuum. 2. The chord is way too short. Having to change outlets all the time is not convenient. I think a fifty foot chord should be standard on a commercial vacuum no matter if it is light weight or heavy duty. 3. I love being able to raise the beater bar when I need to. I do not like how this vacuum does not have the levels of the beater bar marked. 4. Only giving one short tube for the attachments isn’t enough. If you use the vacuum for dusting, you probably will not be able to reach certain high areas. I love so many things about this vacuum: 1. This machine is light weight. 2. It isn’t as loud as I expected it to be. Most commercial vacuums are way louder than this. 3. The filters are insanely easy to clean. Some people say otherwise, but I haven’t had any problems. 4. The back of the machine has a handle for carrying the vacuum. Vacuums tend to be one of the more awkward pieces of equipment to carry, but this handle makes it effortless. 5. The machine looks professional and well made. 6. When the vacuum is setting straight up, the beater bar is raised off the floor. This is a major upgrade over the old heavy duty version. 7. This vacuum has a lot of power. I did some routine vacuuming on a job and the canister was full of dust by the time I was finished. This was 350 sqft of commercial carpet. Overall this is a phenomenal vacuum that I recommend people buy for home use. I will probably purchase a slightly better Sanitaire for commercial use. I do not think this machine would hold up to several hours of operation per day. Here is my ten month review of this vacuum. I have owned this vacuum for ten months and it has so many problems. 1. The canister is filthy all the time. 2. The filters aren’t easy to clean. 3. I have replaced the belt three times. 4. The vacuum hose has holes in it. 5. The attachments do not stay on the machine very well. 6. The cord holder falls off all the time. 7. The ground on the cord broke a few months into owning it. 8. The wheels are garbage and don’t like to move on certain carpets. The only things this vacuum has going for it ease of belt replacement and adjusting the beater bar. I originally gave this four stars and wanted to give it a fifth. Now I want to give it zero stars.

I couldn’t be happier with this vacuum. You can tell it's built for heavy-duty cleaning. Previously i was buying cheap upright vacuums from walmart or anything i can find on amazon, but i decided to spend a little more and upgrade to a commercial vacuum. GAME CHANGER FOR MY BUSINESS. I havent had any problems with it picking up dirt or larger debris. I love the bagless feature bc i hate spending extra money on bags and i like seeing all the dirt it picks up. Its also not a big bulky vacuum either. that was one thing i was hesitant about with a commercial vac but its honestly perfect. super lightweight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

For a commercial vacuum, it is lightweight, easy to use, and very durable. The tools help to clean above the floor to ensure we can clean hard to reach places.

I could not give it any stars. The product started to smoke within the first week. Got a second one sent to me for warranty that did not have ANY suction power to pick up anything on the floor and then also did not work. Then I got a third as warranty and it was broken upon arrival and the box was fine. The broken tire was on the top of the packaging as if placed there. I have another one to arrive in a week. I was unable to get a refund for our charity as the 30 days was passed waiting for the replacement. NOT value for your money. The warranty to receive replacement is very easy but continue to send a substandard product so 1 star.
