I wouldn't go with any other product! I have used this ongoing for the past 3 years - I can confidently report NO UTIs!! And I was someone who would get UTIs somewhat frequently. I've recommend these to my family and all my girlfriend.

I am not in the medical field, this is my opinon. I have this probiotic on automatic refill, and just received my 7th bottle. It has helped my gut health a lot.
