Supports like any belt. Decent quality, easy to use velcro. Stabilizes core for heavy lifts at home velcro might not be for commercial gym type of use but protects your back and works well at home gym.

This was my first weight lifting belt. It was very comfortable to wear and easy to put on and off. Loved it a lot. Used it for almost a year until I lost enough weight to where it doesn't fit me no more. Gave it to a friend and now he uses it daily too.

Very well made, easily adjustable, rather stiff, velcro adequate. I ordered way too wide. No suitable for a short person.

I wear a 32 or 34 pants waist and they provided me a 32 through 36 which is medium and should have fit me. Rather now I am exchanging for a larger size.

I ordered the belt as i’m quite into weight lifting and have been looking for something on the cheaper side to protect my back.This belt honestly is one of my best purchases yet, extremely comfortable and well made. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is currently in the market for a belt.
