I purchased the "Hemp Seed Oil Capsules Softgels | 180 Vegan Omega 3 6 9 Capsules" due to the clear labeling indicating the product is vegan. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the ingredients list included bovine gelatin, i.e. derived from cow tissues, bones, and skins. This is unsuitable for vegans, and it's appalling that a product marketed as vegan contains such an ingredient. I had read reviews warning about this issue but gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a mistake. However, it seems to be a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, exploiting the trust of those who rely on accurate labeling. I have returned the product and urge Amazon to take action against sellers engaging in deceptive practices. Amazon, I suggest you stop non-serious sellers like this from misleading customers. Vegans and others with dietary restrictions depend on truthful marketing. Personally, I do not appreciate being lured into consuming animal products.
