With the many different sleep aids on the market, I keep coming back to this one. This helps me get to sleep and not wake up feeling drowsy. I will buy this sleep aid again.

I have taken MANY sleeping pills, prescription and non-prescription since 1984!! AND this medication gives me 8 hours sleep I have over slept many times, that has NEVER happened to me in 40 yrs! If my dog wakes me up at 2 or 3am I go back to sleep immediately!! I have no idea why this is working so well for me and the dozens I've tried in the past have not! My doctor asked me to bring in the box my next visit :-) However, I do feel it gives me a hangover for about an hour after I get up for the day.
