Natural Stress Relief
I purchased for my sister in law who has a newborn baby so the stress & anxiety can kick in. She tells me she loves the flavor & overall she feels less stressed.

Will not buy again....
I have high anxiety and I don’t know why after I took this tea last night. I got more anxious and had a weird feeling and I thought it would ease my insomnia but it did not. I would not take this tea again I am still looking for somthing that helps because having anxiety sucks. I wanted to love this tea and I bought it based on the reviews.
