I haven't used a steam cleaner since I was 17. It looked like a mini Zamboni for cleaning floors, when I was a student at Northfield Mt Hermon school , and it was my job. And when I went to work summers there. I didn't know how small it was. But good things come in small packages. I've been a bachelor for 25 years. I came home to care for my Mother 20 years ago. She kept the house neat as long as she could. I was a Factory Rep, long hours on the road, 200-400 miles a day. House work wasn't my bag, Dad. When she passed I worked even more. After 10-12 hours, who wants to do housework? Now I'm retired, for the 2nd time. This place is a mess. I need help. So I bought this. The bath is horrible. I take a shower. I go out, do a little yard work, go do some photography, go for a long bike ride. Take a shower. My Daughter needs a place to live for a while, so I told her Sure! "Can you clean the bath?" So, I bought this. Who cares what the bath looks like, as long as I'm clean? It took over three hours. I'd fill it and wait 10 minutes for it to heat up till the light went off. At 40 ounces it has one of the biggest tanks and a good rating. Of course I did it on the hottest days of the month. in the end, it was worth it. She came in to help with cleaning, took a look at the bath, and said "WOW! It's a snap to use, but as some people have said, it's hard on your hand to hold the trigger. I have strong hands, and after the full 40 minutes it wore me down. Then there's a 30 minute wait until your next session. The results are worth it. This is a 61 year old bathtub with little care. The black spots need to be filled in with grout repair. But it needs more than one microfiber cloth for the "clothes steamer", what I used to clean the tiles and the tub. 5 would be nice. And the large floor brush runs the steam down fast. You have to stop and wait to get full power. And the "large" brushes are tiny. 4 inches would be nice. My next attack will be the 30 year old No Wax floor in the kitchen. Watch this space, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, and I also bought distilled water at the grocery. Distilled water is $1.49 a gallon. White vinegar is $2.99 a gallon, and requires a 30 minute cleaning time if you use tap water. I prefer using the time to ride my bicycles. After 3 hours cleaning time, I've used 1/3 gallon.

I purchased the 925 Steam with the intent to clean baseboards and doors, and eventually a used grill I purchased. So far, I have only accomplised the baseboards and doors with caked on hairspray from doing your hair in front of it :) It does a GREAT job... LOTS of steam and heat to break through what is probably 15 years of dust in the apartment. I was a little worried it would take the paint off, but so far it didn't. Just have a towel available to wipe off the gunk that it breaks down for quick cleanup. I WILL say, that YES.. the hose DOES get hot after about 5 minutes of use. (I am used to using a Shark steamer, and never had that issue, but I bought this one for the bigger/tougher jobs.) However, I just take breaks with it because my hands get a little tired after too much use. Just let it heat back up and go again! It's a great tool.. and I haven't even used the other attachments yet!

I don't use this often but when I do, it's a workhorse. I get around a half hour to 45 min of steam before I have to refill it. It has several different attachments for your needs and fires out the steam forcefully. It's easy to use and compact in size to move it around somewhat easily. You just have do deal with the hose and power cord. It works great on my sliding glass door track at loosening up weathered dirt/grit that accumulates and makes the door slide more smoothly. I also use it in the bathroom on the shower pan and around the sinks. Steam pretty much kills everything so that's another bonus where you won't need chemicals

The quality is perfect. Easy-to-use, very powerful. Looks great. Love the water capacity it holds. Dosen't take 5 gallons and hard to move around. Very light weight. I use it weekly.

Product worked moderately well until it turned into a projectile (*see video). Luckily this happened while I was spraying towards the cement and not within the car's interior. Unfortunately, I had to do this every single time in order to clear out the boiling hot water that collects within the tube (I also tried elevating the machine in hopes that gravity would clear out any water left behind, but that didn't work).... Turns out, I wasted half of the distilled water in the tank just from clearing out the lines; or you could just spray boiling hot water all over the vehicle's interior and likely cause damage, or possibly injure yourself. Not impressed, requested a return as soon as this happened. Not worth the money considering the parts are cheap plastic that cannot hold up to the pressurized steam. Only got 3 cycles/uses out of it. Most of the gaskets were worn out as if the machine had been used for years... purchase at your own risk, I was lucky to have not ruined a customer's vehicle for my detailing business.

Amazing. I used to have a handheld steamer and I spent more time waiting for it to warm up than I did steaming. Once this steamer warms up you never lose steam. The attachments are all great and it has a good long reach. The handle did warm up a bit, but I just wore some latex gloves and it was fine.

I bought this model to clean the seats and interior area in my truck. Today I took it out of the box and went on a cleaning mission of the kitchen. Let me tell you this steamer is well worth the price. It is a quality made product and with Wagner its a name you can trust. This steamer comes with lots of goodies. There are 2 cleaning tips that are stored on board under the fill cover door. One for non aggressive cleaning such as counter tops, microwave, stove tops, coffee maker, stainless steel kettle, dishwasher. The other tip is a brass cleaning tip and made short work of the baked on grease on the inside of the oven door. It allows you to get right into the dirt that you are cleaning and combined with the hot steam this is a steamer to have in the around the house, cant wait to see what it can do in the vehicle. There are attachments to clean your floors with extended handles and there is even a heat plate to remove wall paper. I filled it today with distilled water 48oz and I went nuts for over an hour with no let up. The hose was solid and very comfortable in your hands and its a good length when working in a space, the only down fall I found is the power cord is not long enough would like to see it the same length of the hose. Fill the tank with distilled water, plug it in the red and green lights will come one then you have to wait for it to warm up about 20 min or so depending on the amount of water you put in I filled it up 48 oz. Once the red light goes out you can go to town with steam, and I mean steam WOW the pressure will amaze you and the job gets done. I even cleaned the windows with this steamer boom . When you are done with the steamer, turn it off, unplug the machine, trigger the steamer to release the pressure this can take a few mins. Once the pressure is gone you can open the fill cap and be careful it is hot around the fill inlet. Let cool and then drain the tank, now this is where you will need your muscles as this is an awkward machine to turn upside down to drain. You should never store it with water in the tank. I really love this machine and it is well worth the money. Thanks Wagner.
