Boiron Arnicare Arnica Gel, 2.6 Ounce (Pack of 3)

I have used Arnica Gel for quite a few years - it was initially recommended by my Dermatologist. My personal experence with it is that is definitely effective for gradually reducing bruising - not sure I can recommend it for pain reduction. It is easy to use - and any time I have a bruise, I start using the Arnica gel to get rid of the bruise. It doesn't work overnight, but depending upon the severity of a bruise, a few days of use will definitely lessen that bruise.

I have been using Arnica gel for about 2 years . When I decided to try it I was very skeptical. As a person who suffers with severe Spinal Disc Degeneration and Spinal Stenosis which caused severe muscle spasms and severe nerve damage. I also have severe osteoarthritis causing severe stiffness especially in the entire back, neck, hips, and most other joints. I can honestly say, Arnica gel really work. I use Arnica gel all over my back including, the back of the neck, shoulders, and all my joints. I also rub the gel on my entire feet which, are both riddled with arthritis. I carry a tube with me at all times. The gel is clear, absorbs quickly, and has no smell so I can use it anywhere and not worry about having an offensive smell or the gel staining my clothes. I can use the gel where ever I go . By the way, it also works great to reduce swelling under the around the eyes. I use it every day under my eyes during allergy season. It also relieves sinus pain in the areas of the face that are affected. I have also used it to relieve hemorrhoids. Arnica gel has numerous applications. It is a must forever household !
