These are great. Seem to improve things and tasty to boot

I feel like these helped with my joint pain during menopause flavour not as nice as some of the others but still easy to take

Taste is good so if you don’t like swallowing pills, these are great. But do check out the active ingredients - daily dose provides 200 mg glucosamine and 20 mg chondroitin. This is only 20% and 5% of recommended daily doses. Taking 5x the suggested 2 gummies per day and you pushing beyond the limit on another active ingredients, manganese. And your bottle won’t last long. So better than nothing but if you have a medical issue that really needs treating, better to buy tablets closer to the required daily dosage

Have been using these for couple of days now . I will be certainly buying more to make sure i take the supplements longer then just 1 or 2 months for it to actually start helping . Certainly tired of pills so vitamins in alternative as gummies is a good change for me . I hope this will help as i m recovering from ankle sprains and any help i d like to think it will help to get better faster .

Been taking this for a month. I have noticed a difference with my nails and skin. I had up and down constipation which has now subsided. My joints are less painful then usual. To be honest they taste horrid but anything good usually does.
