Best affordable All in one Laser Printer
Very good and affordable laser printer. What I like and don't like about HP MFP 136FNW laser printerGood1. Not too heavy, occupies small space.2. Easy to install and operate. Works well with wireless network (Wi-Fi).3. Print quality and copier works well.4. ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) works really good.Bad (Need Improvement)1. Scanner does not work with Wi-Fi, need to connect to USB every time for scanning of documents.2. Highest scan resolution is just 300 dp, better if it would have been upto 600 dp.3. Refresh at startup takes a little bit time.

Every Papaer Jams - Couldnt print 1 page
It is a good printer. The HP support person also provided prompt support initially with my query. The one issue I have is sometimes it is not responding to the print instruction until I print a test page from hp app

print quality is pathetic. Bad company service, looks like have received a used product
From the day I purchased the product, it is giving me trouble, the print quality was very bad, raised a complaint at the company, after repetitive calls a technician came and advised us to change the cartridge as the company provides only a sample cartridge which works only 30% capacity. So we purchased a new cartridge valued at rs. 5500 approx. But still the problem is the same. I am very disappointed with the HP services and product. It’s a waste of money for me. Kindly either give me my full refund, or replace it with a brand new product.

Horrible Printer - Don't buy. Impossible to setup
I've tried setting this printer up over Wifi and USB cable. Through my Laptop and my smartphone. No matter what you do it won't recognize or detect the printer. It is unusable.Ridiculous for a Rs. 18,999 Printer. Completely useless.Update: Just to give you an idea, to take scans on this printer, it asks you to enable your location (GPS) on your smartphone, and create an account with HP. You have to wonder why. Throughout the setup, it keeps asking for your location. After over an hour of struggle I managed to set it up on my smartphone, but no matter what I do, my laptop cannot use the HP Smart App to connect to this printer regardless of whether I use the Wifi or USB options. If I try to log into the built in web server on the printer, the password I am expected to provide is wrong. This is so ridiculous - because I am connecting to it over USB!!Don't buy this printer! if you must buy one from HP, by a different model. My 10 year old printer works effortlessly, but this is a piece of junk. I didn't have a great impression of HP, but now its hit a new low.Update: part of the problem is there are limited instructions, and some of it is incorrect. This printer says it supports 5Ghz networks but actually it supports only 2.4Ghz. If you are trying to set it up on a 5Ghz network, it will never detect, and won’t even tell you that is the reason. If setup with the HP app doesn’t work, just use your built in software. Their app isn’t needed except for mobile devices, and I feel they mainly use it to collect data on you 😞

Its a Dinosaur - Strong but failes in a few important places
This is a GREAT printer, no doubt. However, it miserably fails in a few areas.Cons:1. NOT Hp Eprint enabled => Cannot have an email address for the peinter for remote printing. There is google cloud integration, but useless as google cloud print does not exist anymore.2. Printer web UI- Reminds me of windows 98.3. Max scan resolution is 300dpi.thats bad for many uses.4. Toner - almost 4.8k.Most inportantly NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE.5. NO AUTOMATIC DUPLEX PRINTING.PROS:1. ADF is a bliss.2. Gets the job done. Has good print quality.3. Easy to setup and get running.4. Compatible with android wireless print, Windows wireless print, Air print.Bottom Line: Its features ring all the bells. However at this price point, Duplex Printing and hp E Print are a mandate, which are lost here. Disppointed. Will have ot for some time but will eventually get it off of my hands and go for a laser option that has the features.

Auto duplex is not functioning
Every function is working properly except auto duplex printing. As mentioned in the specifications, auto duplex is not working in HP laser MFP 138fnw. Very disappointed.
