My review will remove all your doubts Best but little small and power is unbeatable and look is good but it nose and some parts are not good they are made of plastic not fibres materials nice product with a nice finish suction power is good Suction power 9.5/10 Blowing power 10/10 Quality 8/10 ( Because the nose is made of plastic material not fibre A plus point I noticed is that we can reduce the power accordingly Great product nice finishing Smooth Powerfull Lightweight Simple Gentle look Overall product is nice best and the bestest Thanks.amazon

Overall Good suction power and easy to use and faster, its required 16A plug so need to buy additional extension board as I have only 2 nos 16 Amp power plugs. Look wise very very attractive Manuals require more explanation as its not clear when to use paper filter, how to wash filter properly Company can develop some more extension to reach corners or small area of AC cleaning. Some time while touching container getting very mild electric current , so require proper earthing

Suction is bad - 21Kpa suction is questionable as it gives less suction than Eureka Forbes. The suction power does not clean the surface. Suction is worse than Eureka Forbes' mini vacuum cleaner which comes for half the price of about Rs, 3500/-. This product comes for around Rs. 5800/- approximately after a heavy discount from the original price of Rs. 12,000/- plus approx. Vacuum leaks out from the top cover and the steel dust container. This is a design defect. If this is sealed, suction will improve. Inconvenient to use as the plastic hose is not smooth to handle. While using you will have to stop grapple with the plastic pipe to readjust and then focus on the work. Not reusable, not washable dust bag. Dust bag is bad, made of paper - Dust bag is not washable, thus not reusable as it is made of paper. Each dust bag replacement will cost Rs. 200/- per bag (approx.) as of now in Sept 2021. This increases the cost of using Inalsa WD 21 1600 watt in the long run. Not suitable for long use - The machine, INALSA Vacuum Cleaner Commercial/ Industrial Wet and Dry Micro WD21-1600W heats up quite quickly within about 5 mins. It gives off a burning smell. Thus it is not suitable for longer usage. You have to switch it on and off again and again. INALSA Vacuum Cleaner Commercial/ Industrial Wet and Dry Micro WD21-1600W consumes more power in comparison to many mini vacuum cleaners or a comparable Black and decker wet and dry but Inalsa WD 21 produces less suction. Service, demo, parts availability are also issues which need to be considered for long term ownership of the product. This inconvenience will lead to disappointment and stress in future further increasing the cost of ownership.

Likes Suction, Blower, HEPA filter, noise level, decent overall build & body. Dislikes Attachments could have been better, no bristles in the smaller attachments, one paper dust bag not enough could have been replaced by re-usable cloth bag considering it's a wet&dry model. Customer service needs big improvement...took them 7 days to arrange for online demo which was useless and 13 days for arranging physical demo. All this after constant follow up from my end. Overall 3 stars due to customer service experience and some attachments downgrade from WD10 model except steel attachments.

Good Product from INSALA... Looks like heavy but easier to move with wheels carrying also doesn't weigh much.... Suction power is very nice.. Blowing also good... Power cable length very good so that you can cover an average to big hall very easily... The suction pipe and extension pipes can even reach beyong ceiling fans if you are of averag height person... Cleaning also very very easy... Finally big thank you to Amazon and INSALA

Got the 1600w one. Powerful vaccume with adequate accessories. Have 3 pets so this is a blessing. Packing could be improved. Was torn a little from bottom and cardboard was moist due to rain I guess. In past they used to plastic coating all items delivered, now cost cutting I guess as get only sticker on original packing. I think I got a rejected product coz it looked already opened. Metal drum had a dent but didn't bother replacing as just had to push it from inside to make it right. Previous buyer must have been finiky. Best feature I like is can adjust suction power which is available only on high priced vaccume cleaners.

1. Suction power is not up to to the expection. 2. Paper filter system is clumsy. 3, Difficult to empty the filter bag. 4. Suction Tip for crevice should not be square cut edge but should be at 20 degree or so. 5. Suction pipe should not be bended too much: straighten it. Requirement of extra attache bend hose for bends.
