They are made well and they do their job, however, what the product needs included in the box are written instructions on how to install them.

Wheels coming off? This is the solution.
The wheels were literally coming off the lower rack in our KitchenAid dishwasher. These replacement wheels were exactly what was needed; we ended up replacing three out of the four sets, keeping one as as spare. The wheels snap in without too much difficulty (the mounting arrangement was identical to the existing wheels). The fit was a bit tight, but after a short breaking-in period, the rack moves in and out smoothly.

Good fit and easy to install, but the wheels don't roll smoothly
These are a perfect fit and easy to install without any tools (the old ones snap off and the new ones snap on). However, the wheels do not roll very smoothly. They're okay for now since they replace the original wheels that were falling apart, I will likely be seeking an alternative option unless these break in with some use.
