Great product and excellent customer service. The filter that shipped with the unit was defective. The manufacturer replaced it for us quickly and it is working great. The water is cold and tastes great. The staff appreciates having it. We are using fewer plastic bottles and saving money. We will continue to specify this EWC for all our educational and commercial projects.

because this is fed by a direct waterline which we plumbed capacity is not an issue. Unless you mean how large a container will it fill. If so, whatever shape or size container fits in the space provided can be filled.

The product is nice and functions well. Since I installed it, I have some gripes about some of the design features. 1. I'm a little surprised that I have to use 2 outlets for this. I would have thought the top unit could have plugged into the bottom unit 2. Screw choices are wacky. Allens, torx, slotts - they're all in there. Enough to drive a guy nuts. 3. The wire for the sensor was designed backwards - it's extremely difficult to feed the wire UP to the top unit - it should have gone down with the hose and electrical cord. 4. The "gasket" between the upper and lower units is questionable - like is it really working, and how long will it last. 5. Whoever wrote these instructions never installed one of these (and neither did the engineer that designed it) otherwise 1-4 might be better. 6. Make sure when you're plumbing you make sure to clear for the filter - it's huge and takes a lot of space in there!

Overall: highly recommend this product in commercial business settings. Our church purchased and installed this unit a few months ago. Installation required some minor rough plumbing / electrical work (ie. Move water line, sewer hookup, and 120v power to align to the unit) The main unit installs kind of like an above range microwave unit. Water bottle filler was easy to install. Water foundation has a pressure valve to adjust how far the water squirts. Observing people use the drinking fountain, it has really added a ton of value to our lobby space and been a great feature for people who care about eco friendly things (ie. Eliminate water Bottle waste)
