The media could not be loaded.  I've seen a lot of ads for these products, but they're all a little dubious. Less than a year after I gave birth some women have physical problems. I just want to try this product. I've been using it for two weeks and it's working really well, and I'm even happier because my butt is tight

This is the most useless exercise equipment I have ever bought... All you have to do is squeeze your own buttocks. It doesn’t even move. Don’t waste your money squeeze your own butt together

It does work, it seems a bit stiff. I have adjusted it as much as possible. You really have to squeeze it hard with your butt to get it to work. Which I understand that's the point. But, it's your butt that is really pinching and the product really doesn't move much. I could definitely do the butt exercise without it. But, it's nice to have the feeling you're working out with something there to clinch. I'd buy again if it were like $12-$15

It is really big for me, I'm smaller framed and it's too long. I have to hold it in place to be able to use it properly. One size does not fit all. Well see if it works.

This was a complete waste & I'm not sure why I purchased it to begin with. Basically just squeeze your buttcheeks. This thing wouldn't stay in place, I never was able to squeeze the device, it's slips out of place always. Just silly little thing you don't need.

A little uncomfortable at first especially trying to figure out how much resistance to have to roll the wheel to?

It was not able to move the resistance of this product. I believe it was at the strongest when I received it. I don’t feel like this product was doing anything more then I was doing without the product.
