Not runny, quickly turns to sugar
I wanted some wildflower (runny) honey. I've purchased this twice, but each time the honey quickly crystallizes and is impossible to use without having to heat it in some way. It seems to have a high sugar content? (I've tried to be generous and give it 3 stars, but was tempted to give 2 stars)I've gone back to using wildflower honey from H&B - delicious, light flavoured and stays runny right to the last drop ... can't beat it! :-)
