Took a while, but worth the wait. (Updated in April)
I ordered these sunglasses to protect my eyes from sun, wind, and dust particles. Because of a medical condition, my eyes are extremely sensitive, and the 10380 Tactical Sunglasses with Leather Type Wind Guard "CE" seem to be doing the trick. They arrived a couple of days after the estimated arrival date, but I gave them five stars in spite of that. They were packaged securely and arrived with no damage. They fit my face perfectly, but I have a small face. For someone with a wider head, they may be too snug. The glasses are very attractive in an outdoorsy kind of way--hey, they're glacier glasses! They're very lightweight but seem to be fairly sturdy. I like the elastic cord--no more stowing my glasses, unprotected, in my purse. The wind guards are very stiff; I may try some leather conditioner to soften them up a bit. The lenses wrap around enough so that, even with the wind guards, I have excellent peripheral vision, which is essential while driving. I looked at a number of different glasses before choosing these--the price had a lot to do with it (under thirteen dollars), and they had a lot of good reviews. So, this is yet another good review. Great product for a great price--what's not to like? Update--It is April 22, 2013, and I've had these sunglasses for three months. I LOVE them. They're lightweight but sturdy, and the elastic cord is great. No scratches on the lenses, even though I wear them every single day (and early evening). I get compliments on these glasses nearly every day (even when they are hanging from the elastic cord around my neck). I don't think I knew they were polarized when I bought them, but they are--great for driving during the bright California daylight. Best sunglasses I've ever owned, for any price.

Well-made, affordable, stylish, effective, but a bit on the small side.
Foremost, I'm pleased that I went for these glasses instead of their more expensive counterparts, as I'll likely lose them before too long amid the rigors of the sporting activities they were purchased for. The tint of the glasses offers nice sun and glare protection, but also allow for clarity when clouds pass and in shaded areas at most times of the day, which is great when there isn't an opportunity to remove or change glasses. The leather wind protectors are of a decent weight-quality balance, and effectively block wind and fold well with the closing of the temples (arms). The glasses fit really well, overall. One comment about the temple covers (the part that goes over the ears): they are covered in rubber, and I find this to be a nice alternative to other glasses of this nature that feature ear hooks, which makes these glasses easier to remove quickly, when necessary, but snug. One comment about fitting: these glasses fit me perfectly, but they seem to run on the small side, so I'd caution anyone with a big head or wide face about choosing this style. FYI, these glasses measure about 14 cms across (from temple to temple), and about 4.5 cms from top to bottom of each glass.

Great functional sunglasses
I’ve been wearing these for about a year and a half now. I have a fairly narrow face and for me they fit perfectly. The optical quality is good, and the frame quality is excellent for a $17 pair of glasses. The elastic neck tether seemed pretty weak at first, but it has been solid. The faux leather side guards are effective for sun and wind, but occasionally the connector to the frame comes unsnapped. I can easily reconnect it without removing the glasses. Functionally I have zero complaints and regularly wear them for hiking, rock climbing, and working outside. But I occasionally ponder upgrading to this style of sunglass with actual leather guards and mineral glass lenses, etc., and think $400 or $17. Yeah, it doesn’t make much sense. They work great, and I can buy approximately two dozen for that price difference, or invest in more climbing gear!

Cheap.
You get what you pay for with these... The sunglasses without the covers are okay and fit well but with the covers, they have issues of fitment as well as general quality as with mine, the upper left-side clasp that held the cover into the left-side lens keeps coming off. It's a minor annoyance that I can probably find a way to deal with, but again, you get what you pay for (and by-the-way, the image you see on the product page isn't very accurate--for mine, the lenses were MUCH darker to the point that they were basically black).

They do the job, they’re not perfect
This glasses are good for people with small heads. Even with a small head, they feel small. They feel a little fragile But they do the job tho, they protect your eyes from the wind, sun and they do a good job,
