Easy Install - Better than Other Smarty 3-way Switches I have tried.
I have now installed these 3-way switches everywhere in my house. I control the lighting in 7 rooms with these switches. I have also installed the TreatLife single pole switches for all the rest of the lighting in my home as well as for 3 bathroom fans. I am up to a total of 27 smart switches to controll most everything in my 2,800 sq. ft. home. They all work with the SmartyLife app. I did all the installation work myself, once I understood how to wire the first switch, the rest were pretty easy to get in place. The 3 way switches were harder than the single pole but only because 3 way switches are harder. What I really liked about these switches is that they: 1. Don't require a hub. (I have a Phillips light strip that requires a hub.. It causes me anger regularly.) 2. Only requires 1 smart switch on the 3-way circuit. That way, I can do 1 smart 3-way switch and 1 dumb 3-way switch and I get the exact same functionality at half the price. (I mistakenly bought a smart 3-way pair in the past that that had an "a" switch and "b" switch that both needed to be installed on the circuit to work. That way, I get to control my light for half the price and have the amount of smart switches potentially clogging my WIFI. 3. They actually work the way they are supposed to. Other smart switches I have used in the past don't integrate well with Google Home. For example, Google couldn't tell if my light was on or off with my previous smart 3-way brand I had tried. I suspected I had just made a mistake in wiring the thing, so I hired an electrician to come and take a look. NOPE... It was wired correctly and the issue was either the switch itself, or with Google. Either way, that 3-way set got tossed in the trash after I confirmed the TreatLife switches worked correctly and could tell the difference between the on and off position. I have had most of the single pole switches installed for over a year and the 3-way switches installed for about 3 months. All of them work great and I have had not issues with them.

Awesome 3 way Smart Switch for a Great price
Important: For the 3 way switch to work properly BOTH switches must me properly wired even if the second is not a Smart Switch. I had used a Treatlife smart switch for my driveway lights and it has worked great for months so i decided to give their 3 way switch a try. I was able to install the switch myself and I am not handy at all. Since installation it has worked great with my Alexa app and is still just as good as a push button switch for my wife who doesn't want to do the whole smart switch thing. I have one circuit with 2 smart 3 way switches and one that has one smart switch and one regular switch. For the circuit with 2 smart switches it works best if only one is connected to Alexa as the "control" switch. They both work perfectly fine manually but only one is associated with my internet and the other is just an accessory switch to make the circuit work. I suggest doing this if you want to keep things simple. the Treatlife 3 way switch also works fine with a manual 3 way switch on the other end. But i think having 2 is the best so they can "communicate" properly. I have found that with the manual "non-smart" switch on the other end I may have to push the button 2 times. the first it is sending a signal to the other switch and it may think it turned the light on when it didn't. this hasn't been an issue when controlling it from my smart phone or Alexa but if you like to push the button manually know that you may have to push it 2 times. Once they make a 3 way dimmer I will replace the manual dimmer and it should work properly. Overall I love their product and will continue to purchase this brand in the Future. Always be sure to wire them properly or have an electrician help you if you cant figure out which wires are which in you house.

Outstanding Customer Service but disappointing as a 4-way switch
My experience shows how outstanding customer performance can overcome a disappointing limitation in a product. Before purchasing the TreatLife smart switch I made sure it could be used in a 4-way circuit. I received the switch with detailed, easy to understand instructions on how to install the switch in a 4-way circuit. After installing I checked the switch manually by turning on and off all three switches in the 4-way circuit. Everything worked indicating the wiring was correct. I then used the TreatLife app to turn the switch on/off. The app worked fine, and the status showed on/off correctly. However, when I tried to use the Alexa iphone app to turn the switch on and off it took two presses of the on/off icon to change the lights from on to off and the Alexa status continued to show ON. I Contacted TreatLife support via email and had a same day response back. After a number of back-and-forth emails where support explained potential problems in a 4-way circuit, I decided that it wasn't worth my trouble to uninstall the switch and try it on a 3-way circuit to see if the switch was okay. I informed support that I could live with using the TreatLife app to turn the lights on and off remotely. To my surprise, i received an email offering me an $8 refund for my trouble. I declined the refund. BUT the next day, Amazon informed me I had received an $8.00 refund from TreatLife. Outstanding support.

Pretty good setup
Installed these throughout my house for easy home automation. That entailed replacing ~30 lights switches, several of which were 3-way switches, and they all worked nearly perfectly. A few were temperamental to set up, but worked after a reset. The app to configure them is fairly intuitive and it's easy to link with Google, SmartThings, and I'm sure other services. One died after ~6 months and had to be replaced so I have to knock it down to 4 stars, but the rest have been fine so far.

The switch was easy to install and the instructions were pretty clear. Unfortunately if you're planning on putting a dimmer on the same circuit, it wont work. One switch stopped working for a bit of time then magically restarted, I've contacted customer service to no avail but overall the product seems decent, if slightly prone to disconnecting.

I would give it more stars if possible. Out of my many Alexa devices this was the easiest to hook up by far. I just pressed the add button and within moments it hooked itself up. Something that take several minutes to hours to do with the switches. I will have this my brand of choice. I would recommend 👌

Generally the switch was easy to install and the instructions were pretty clear. Unfortunately, the switch is too high for the electrical box, so I’ll have to look at replacing that with the hope that it will eventually mount flush with the wall. I am having an issue with the app - it controls the lights as expected, but doesn’t display whether the lights are on or off. So if I’m not home to look out the window, I wouldn’t know if the lights were on or off. I’m sure this is just a glitch, but the troubleshooting didn’t address it, nor did a reinstall of the device. Still waiting to hear back from the company on this issue.

These switches very good value. Best instructions I have ever seen for this type of switch that make it very easy to install. Set-up was a breeze with the Smart-Life app. They seamlessly integrate with Alexa. I also bought a 3-way switch after installing these.

I very much like the new design of these switches better than the older version. It was easy to install and setup into my WiFi for both Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The bonus with this design is that they seem to have fixed the issue with it not working properly with group/room commands. On the old design, if you told Google or Alexa to turn it on when it was already on, it would turn it off, and vice versa. This issue is no more with this version of the switch. It's also cheaper in that only the switch where the power comes into the first switch is needed to make it work, so you don't need to have two of them to make it work like you do with some other switches. A standard "ordinary" 3 pole switch for the second switch in the circuit works just fine.
