High quality, solid construction
This chair is perfect for a cozy corner in the living room. It's oversized and provides comfortable support. I am impressed with the solid construction and quality of the materials used. I was initially hesitant to purchase furniture online, but the 30 day guarantee gave me the confidence to purchase and I'm so glad I did!

Shockingly good
I've had expensive couches from west elm and cheap ones from ikea and this is by far the best one yet. I wish I had a huge one in my living room. SUPER soft and gorgeous!

A great couch for the price. Nice looking design and comfortable. We ended up buying a second one after having the first one for about a month.

Not super comfortable and legs are plastic. Looks good from far away but the closer you are to it it looks more cheap.

Good First Impression
After lots of back and forth calls, emails, texts, etc., regarding my order and delivery, my sofa finally arrived today (the loveseat was lost and had to be reordered and will take 4-6 wks). I was hesitant to order online without seeing it in person first. I’m happy to say it is a lovely piece of furniture. Firm but not stiff, the velvet fabric feels great seems to be of good quality and the construction feels very sturdy. I took off one star for because I noticed the underside fabric is torn in two spots. Not sure if that happened in the delivery truck or not. Also, I ordered in Navy Blue, which is lighter than I had hoped, even with getting swatches beforehand. If you want a deep rich blue I would suggest ordering in Ink.UPDATE: The 69" sofa (loveseat) I ordered to go with the 88" sofa FINALLY arrived-- this is after 1) being lost and reordered thus waiting another 4-6 weeks only to 2) have it arrived damaged and thus reordering a 2nd time. So what should have arrived July 26 with the 88" sofa did not arrive until October 4. HOWEVER, I am happy to report that Amazon understood my frustration, time lost from work, etc., and compensated me VERY, VERY generously!

The couch arrived and we were pleased by the quality. The color, style and comfort were all as described. Very pleased with this couch.
