Got this for my boys who don't quite shave enough to not have some kind of beard going on their face. They complain about how stiff stubble is. Welcome to being a man! They both are enjoying their Zeus kits

This kit has so many nice things to tidy up facial hair and keep everything smelling clean and looking its best. The packaging makes this a ready to gift item that is classy and looks great, but of course, as far as fragrances go, it’s hard to tell what you’re going to get without being able to smell it at the store. For me, I expected something that smelled more bright, crisp, fresh, and invigorating. Typically, citrus and verbena create a very vibrant odor profile, so I was surprised how very sweet this was without any edge, more like candy. It really was not my favorite as far as that goes, but maybe others will like it. It’s definitely not what I expected, so given how other citrus verbena things smell compared to this, I had to drop a star for the rating.

The smell is real nice !

Within the first week I have noticed pleasing differences: A softer, more manageable, civilized beard that smells nice in a woodsy way. Within two days I could feel a noticeable difference in the texture of my beard. It feels soft, healthy, and has a natural shine to it. Undoubtedly, my beard has never looked or felt better. The shampoo is exemplary. The oil absorbs quickly and doesn't leave it looking greasy or wet. Even the balm absorbs well and doesn't leave it feeling tacky or sticky. But, the best trait of all the products, to me, is that none of it smells like a perfume or cologne. It has a mild and natural scent that is pleasant but not overwhelming.
