Consistently nice product. Berries come clean, uniform size. Great for making elderberry juice for medicinals. We let the birds eat our trees of elderberries. Too much work for me to gather & clean. Sweet to get berries packsged. Makes juice making easy.

These organic dried elderberries are my go to for my elderberry syrup production! They exceed my expectations every single time. The product quality and freshness are superb. I’ve ordered them several times a year for the past 3 years and never disappointed. They are wonderful dried beads full of immune boosting properties and the main ingredient in my syrup. The taste is adequate (elderberry are naturally bitter) the ease of measurement always on point (berries are small, round and dry). Whether I am making a small batch or using the entirety of the lot my recipe stays true as this is the brand I use. The price has risen over time but inflation is a global phenomena that is evident in all areas of life. My elderberry has also increased in cost due to the rise in prices of the berries, my local honey and other ingredients. I highly recommend them. I never find any stems within the bag and they seem to be the cleanest on the market! They are an absolute breeze to use for tea…I always hold some in reserve for evening tea. It doesn’t take much as they are so potent. One tablespoon is enough for one proper cup of elderberry tea. I hope you enjoy them as much as my clients and I do. Excellent quality. Taste is very good. Use to make elderberry syrup and the smell and taste really good. They give a deep purple color. A bit over priced but everything is now so if we want it we have to pay right?

Had a lovely elderberry martini at a nice restaurant. Googled recipe to make it myself….PLEASE RESEARCH PREPARATION YOURSELF TO BE SAFE!!…I make small batches since a little goes a long way. I rinse about a tablespoon very well, strain them then put them in a jar with high proof vodka. (Read that higher proof is better to kill the bad properties). Let them soak for at least a week or two. Vodka turns very dark so it only takes a small amount to add to your typical martini for a nice soft touch. Also added a teaspoon to club soda for a very nice elderberry vodka soda. Cheers!

Perfect for making elderberry syrup to help boost our immune system this winter season. The price for the amount you get is more than good. My kids didn’t like the smell while it was cooking, but that early had nothing to do with the product itself. The taste was excellent and seems to be pretty potent as we have not gotten sick since making and taking it, even though we’ve been around people who have been sick. I do have to go through and pull out the brown pieces and stems, but there aren’t that many compared to others I’ve used.
