OneSimCard Travel eSIM for use with Apple iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy and Other eSIM Devices in Over 150 Countries

Despite Italy and France being on OneSimCard's list of umptyump countries where the card would work, we found on arrival in both countries that we couldn't place calls and couldn't text. What's a phone for, anyway? This nearly led to calling the Paris police when we got separated on two different trains and couldn't communicate with each other for six hours. OneSimCard--what a waste.

This company is only one of two companies where you can buy and eSIM for your Samsung Galaxy Watch! The other company I did business with was totally horrible, however, OneSimCard is such an awesome company with great tech support and customer service! They really care about making their customers happy and go out of their way to help you if you have problems along the way. Installing the eSIM is quite simple, just be sure to follow the Samsung guide on how to do it first and it goes much quicker! Also this company is great about making sure you have a phone number that works where you live and you just ask for a PEN add on to the service, its also very quick and easy! I hope you enjoy OneSimCard as much as I have!

The price is not that good when testing the SIM card in Philippines since it's using the expensive tier. But the esim works fine.

I followed the instructions and paid $50. Then, I was able to get the QR code to install the esim card on my iphone 15. It did give a warning that if you scan the QR code you will no longer be able to get your money back. Ok what was I supposed to do? I scanned it. And, to my horror it said since my phone is locked I could not install it. I called to US Cellular company and asked if my phone was really locked. They said yes and to get it unlocked I would have to pay the balance on my phone, a large amount of money at this time since that phone is new. I am super upset about it. I just want to cry. I'm just out of $50 and I suppose calling these people won't do my any good. Sad.

We had no difficulty using the SIM while traveling in Italy. Highly recommended!

It was nice to be able to use it when I was out of the country to be in touch with family. It was easy to use and fast to connect.

I received the parcel with the installation information and was able to install the number on my phone with no problem. I managed to create the online account with ease as well. However, I have never been able to top up the account and can as a result not use the number. Whatever I do, the web page tells me that I am using an invalid address. I tried to contact the online help service and was told my bank address was wrong. But the bank confirmed that it was correct. So, I have never been able to use the eSIM.

Best sim in the whole world

I tried this first time in 2023 on a trip to France and Portugal. I wasn't fully attuned to this technology but was able to use as-you-go, although now I realized they offered data plans for a lot of countries. I like this better than those that provide only data usage because it enables you to use as a local number which allows you to set-up delivery service accounts in countries that only accepts local number, in this case European number, like BOLT. Now I have used it all-over like the Philippines, Switzerland, US and others. Certainly having a telephone number assigned to you is better than just a data plan. As can be expected, I learned as I went but their customer service is also very helpful.

I purchased an eSIM expecting a seamless experience, but it was a complete disappointment. The product description was unclear, it didn’t mention that the eSIM itself is just empty and you still need to purchase a separate plan. After buying a plan, it didn’t even work! This was a total waste of money. I highly recommend staying away from this product.

This is not a simple process! I used this eSIM in Portugal without any problem. It saved me a bunch in "roam like home" charges. What you need to know: Switching to this sim will delete some apps. It's OK, nothing dangerous will happen, Sort it out to ensure it's working before you leave home, If you get a personal extra number it will get calls but may not get texts, and If you are running android 11 or above the OneSimCard app will not work! In spite of the minor difficulties, I highly recommend this product.
