This is a fantastic watch and at an unbelievable price. My only regret is that I did not buy this watch years ago. Many people complain about the negative LED display being illegible; however, I have had no issues with the visibility, and I love how sleek it looks with the black background. The watch comes in handy for calculations on the fly and fits comfortably all day due to its lightweight. This will definitely be my daily watch for many years to come, and I will definitely be buying another one if this one fails or gets misplaced.

This is a cool part of Casio's history. I wanted one as a kid but never had one, then later got a small collection of G-shocks, and multi-sensor Pro-Treks, always buying giant technical ones for their cool styling. I finally ordered this one as a fun every day watch and I love it. It's super light weight and slim, but the feel is still high in precision. It's got Casio's classic styling but understated with the reversed display and only has the calculator markings and no face markings and "WR." It may cost the same or even less than it did in the 80s, and the navy blue looks great. It's hard to go wrong for the price, and every function works perfectly with tiny but usable control buttons. The reversed display is difficult to see in low light but always seems visible when angled to the nearest light source. A back-light would be nice, but it's an excellent classic watch at an unbeatable price. Perfect! Edit: The description lists the band's width as 24mm, which is the overall width. The width at the Spring Bars if you are replacing the band is 20mm.

Love the retro looks and gets TONS of compliments and inquiries. The beige one can also be worn with greys. Only drawback of the color choice watches is that the negative display can be a challenge to see in certain light situations and no back light to assist.

Love this watch but the negative display is hard to read when you look straight at the watch. The calculator function works great and it looks cool. I want the positive display model instead.

I have been buying this watch for years, I use it at work. I have been buying the black one since 1992. Its easy to read, and easy to wipe down with alcohol and keep clean. This time I got the navy which looked nice in the photo, bright white easy to read numbers. WRONG. I got this watch and cannot read the numbers. The background is black so of course the numbers should be bright white and easy to read. In the photo on Amazon they appear bright white. They are not! I can barely see them. Went to the store and got a new battery the same day this arrived. No change. I am so disappointed. It shouldn't be that difficult to make a watch that is easy to read. I am giving it one star. Because if you cannot read it, the thing is useless. My husband had to watch a VIDEO to even change the battery. Because apparently thats not even idiot proof anymore. And which made no difference at all.

I already own more than a dozen Casio watches, but something about the old school calculator style has always been a favorite! Wearing my white one today but was very happy with the purchase of the blue one for my younger son! He loves the color and loves that he can punch in math equations for fun! He is 8 and it fits his wrist on the 2nd to smallest size, so he will be able to wear this for years to come! Battery life is very long and even when wearing the watch while doing chores it holds up against minor bangs and scratches. Can't go wrong with Casio, comfortable and goes with any outfit! Highly suggest picking one up!

I love this watch to death, the calculator, alarm, dual time, the comfortable strap, nearly everything. However, it’s only three stars because the fact that the colors only come in negative display shoots itself in the foot. Especially since these don’t have backlights. You can read it in broad daylight easily, and it does look nice. But as soon as there’s a change in lighting condition, you’ll have to move your arm in weird ways just to point it towards your nearest light source, just so you can check the time. Don’t let this discourage you from getting the basic black version, however, aside from the negative display being a grave error, it’s still an absolutely amazing calculator watch. Outclassed in features by the DBC32, but that one’s in no way as infamous as this one.

Wanted one of these for a long time, and finally pulled the trigger. It’s easier to ask my wife for forgiveness then permission. With all the other watch purchases lol. The display is a bit brutal being the older negative display. Needs to be updated with a backlight which would solve this issue. I’d be happy to pay almost double for this feature. In good lighting condition it’s easier to read. The function is very cool and nostalgic, however unpractical if you don’t have nails, although it’s simple enough to use. Would like to give 5 stars however without a backlight I am unable. If you are someone with 80s or even 90s nostalgia then this is the watch for you.
