Exact replacement, make sure you reset the spring, I used needle nose pliers to grab the spring into place. Take the cover off and preform repair on work bench.

This is an exact replacement and works well. Pay attention to how the spring is installed before removing old latch.

Perfect fit for my 2001 SeaDoo GTX .. good value arrived early. Bit tricky to install, but that is fault of SeaDoo, not this replacement product.

No reason to spend the extra money for the OE replacement, this one works just fine and looks good. You'll have to reuse your original hardware or buy replacements. I had to remove the lid to get the spring in right.

This is difficult to install, but is good replacement part for a broken glove box latch on sea doo.
